Providing false information will result in failed account verification and withdrawal will be suspended. 55kbd may request a national ID card or other documents for verification at any time.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Giving a third party access to your account is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer) is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
3.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal funds are generally delivered within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.

Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before the welcome bonus becomes withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, bets totalling ৳25,000 must be completed before withdrawal.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer applies only once per account.
- A bonus cannot be transferred to another person or another account.
- Unless there is a valid reason for forfeiture, the validity period of a bonus is 30 days from the date it was issued.
- In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of 55kbd will be considered final.
- If there is an attempt to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
4.4 VIP Program
The 55kbd VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier. Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's overall activity on the platform.
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy
5.1 Honesty Obligation
All users are required to use the platform honestly and in good faith. Any form of cheating, use of automated software (bots), colluding with other players to determine outcomes or exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Technical Issues
